Chairman

Tim Howald is Chairman of Tweet/Garot Mechanical after spending more than 30 years in the role of CEO/President.

Under Tim’s leadership, Tweet/Garot has increased its sales by a multiplier of 20 times. He has also overseen their expansion into multiple markets, disciplines and geographical regions with the expert help of his incredible leadership team.

He has served on numerous national, state and local industry (SMACNA and MCAA) committees and boards, as well as community boards such as The Salvation Army, The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, and United Way.

Tim received his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 1975.

Christopher Howald

CEO

Christopher Howald is the Chief Executive Officer of Tweet/Garot, where he is responsible for setting strategy, strengthening culture, and overseeing performance. Prior to joining Tweet/Garot, Christopher spent eight years working as a corporate counsel at Autodesk, Inc. in San Francisco, a litigation associate at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in New York and Silicon Valley, and serving as the law clerk to the Honorable Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Law Degree from Santa Clara University, and an Executive MBA from Notre Dame. Christopher is a trustee for the Plumber and Steamfitter Local 400 Defined Contribution Plan and Local 400 Industry Fund, and he serves on the community board of directors for the United Way and the NEW Community Shelter.

Ray Withbroe

President

Ray Withbroe is the President of Tweet/Garot where he is responsible for communicating and implementing mission, vision, values and strategy and guides the Leadership team. Prior to becoming President he spent time in key positions throughout the company including Estimator, Project Manager, Director of Pulp and Paper, Vice President and COO. Ray was instrumental in the geographic expansion of our satellite office in Central Wisconsin in 1994 where Tweet/Garot is now the largest employer of pipefitters and plumbers in Local 434. Ray is Vice President of the Northwest Wisconsin Mechanical Contractor Association and was recently a member of the National SMANCA Industrial Steering Committee. Ray is a trustee for Pipefitter/Plumber Local 434 training fund, 401(K) supplemental Plan and the Health and Welfare fund. He is also a proud to be a member of the Greater Green Bay YMCA Board of Directors.

Hope Voigt

COO

Hope Voigt is Tweet/Garot’s Chief Operating Officer, where she leads the Executive  team and is responsible for operational performance. She is also responsible for overseeing process development and strategic implementation, as well as setting and measuring annual goals. Hope’s experience, knowledge and business acumen are key to providing exemplary mechanical contracting and engineering services to our customers. Hope graduated with a BA from University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in 2004 and an MBA from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in 2010. She serves as trustee on the Local 400 Defined Contribution Plan and chairs the Board of Directors at the House of Hope in Green Bay.

Mike Sturdivant

Executive Vice President

Mike is Executive Vice President at Tweet/Garot Mechanical and is an industry leader in the HVAC and piping fields. He has more than 45 years of experience and is well-respected throughout the country for his expertise and dedication to the pipefitting trade.

Mike has overseen numerous successful HVAC projects of significance in both the commercial and healthcare fields. His experience, knowledge, and problem solving skills are unparalleled, and assure all Tweet/Garot clients that his jobs will be completed with an extraordinary level of quality and care.

Mark Hill

Vice President of Green Bay Accounts

Mark Hill is Tweet/Garot’s Vice President of Green Bay Accounts which includes overseeing the Account Managers, Building Automation, and Service teams. Mark has over 40 years of industry experience in the Manufacturing Industry, with an emphasize in the Pulp and Paper market. He has been with Tweet/Garot for the past 24 years in various positions. Mark serves as Contractor Representative for the Health and Welfare Committee and the joint apprenticeship committee on the Local 18 Union. Mark also represents contractors on the State Apprenticeship Committee.

Greg Weinfurter

Vice President of Central Wisconsin Accounts

Greg Weinfurter is the Vice President of Central Wisconsin Accounts for Tweet/Garot Mechanical, Inc. Greg began his career in the mechanical industry in 1991, then started with Tweet/Garot in 1993 as a Steamfitter. He has held various positions in the company throughout his career, including Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, and Division Manager. Greg is responsible for bringing his years of experience as a Journeyman Steamfitter, a certified welder, a licensed refrigeration mechanic and supervising various industrial and commercial projects to build the foundation of success for all departments at Tweet/Garot. Greg is a proud member of the local Steamfitter Apprenticeship committee along with the State Steamfitter Apprentice committee and has been involved with starting more Steamfitter apprentices than any contractor in the history of UA local 434.

Jodi Miller-Larson

Executive Director of Administration

Jodi Miller-Larson is the Executive Director of Administration at Tweet/Garot Mechanical, Inc. overseeing all Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Safety/Risk Management functions. Her responsibilities include financial oversight and planning, development of corporate policies, employee training and development and injury and loss prevention. Prior to joining Tweet/Garot, Jodi worked for a large regional public accounting firm as an auditor. She holds an MBA and is also a certified public accountant. She also serves as a trustee on the Local 400 Health and Welfare Fund.

Kipp Sturdivant

Executive Director of PreConstruction

Kipp is Tweet/Garot’s Executive Director of Preconstruction. He leads all of Tweet/Garot’s preconstruction efforts, which includes estimating, engineering, custom equipment design and virtual construction. Kipp started with Tweet/Garot in 1994 as a Steamfitter apprentice and has gained experience in a number of positions since then such as superintendent, virtual designer, estimator, energy services and project manager. Kipp is a proud member of the local Steamfitter Apprenticeship committee along with the State Steamfitter Apprentice committee. His comprehensive experience in these positions as well as his tenure in the construction industry make him the perfect candidate to lead Tweet/Garot’s preconstruction efforts.

Paul Lentz

Executive Director of Manufacturing

Paul Lentz is the Executive Director of Manufacturing at Tweet/Garot.

Paul leads all of Tweet/Garot’s manufacturing efforts, which include overseeing of all field and shop operations. The shop and field operations include – but are not limited to – boilermaking, piping and plumbing, sheet metal, tool rooms and fleet management in both the Green Bay and Wisconsin Rapids locations.

Paul started his career working as a steamfitter apprentice for Local 601 and the Grunau Company in Oak Creek, WI. In his career with Grunau he held various position including foreman, superintendent, and project manager. Before joining Tweet/Garot, Paul worked at Performance Services where he was a senior project manager. Paul is currently a trustee on the Pipefitter/Plumber Local 400 Education Fund.

Mike Lehrkind

Executive Director of Project Construction

Mike is Tweet Garot’s Executive Director of Project Construction. Mike leads all of Tweet/Garot’s Project Construction efforts, which include but are not limited to overseeing the direction the project construction team to support the overall efforts of the organization.

Mike’s passion for continuous improvement within the operations of Tweet/Garot has time and time again proven to make Mike a valuable partner. Mike’s experience within the organization runs deep as he has worked in almost every level operational position known to Tweet/Garot. He has a wealth of knowledge from industries he has worked within, everything from Power to Pulp & Paper to Food & Beverage.

Mike’s wealth of knowledge and experience in these positions as well as his tenure in the construction industry make him the leader that will guide Tweet/Garot’s Project Construction efforts for many years to come.
