Heavy-duty air blast cleaning for corn and bean processing

The Olney by Tweet Garot HD100 Air Blast Cleaner uses a vibrating feed shaker and blower-driven airstream to remove light trash from incoming corn and bean product, in a fully welded stainless steel package built for washdown duty.

FULLY WELDED STAINLESS

Tubular and sheet stainless construction throughout, with a wire mesh light trash enclosure built to last.

WASHDOWN-RATED DRIVES

Twin Italvibras vibratory drives and the blower motor are epoxy washdown rated for sanitary environments.

BUILT TO MATCH YOUR LINE

Product collection pan and trash discharge are built to match your existing take-away conveyor
