Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. (formerly Ajinomoto Winsor, Inc.) completed the construction of a $31 million, 135,000-square-foot frozen food processing facility in Joplin, Missouri. Ajinomoto Foods is a leading company in the frozen food industry. Tweet/Garot Mechanical partnered with Consolidated Construction Co. Inc. as a full-service design/build firm for this project.

The challenges of starting construction in Missouri in spring posed major hurdles for the kickoff of the project. From underground plumbing trenches filling up with water to fears of tornados, Tweet/Garot took the challenges in stride and continued to bring the project to completion on time and on budget while maintaining an exemplary safety record.

Tweet/Garot was instrumental in the successful completion by providing plumbing, HVAC, and process piping services, along with the highest level of customer service.
