Tweet/Garot design teams continue to push limits of technology within the construction industry. We have created the ability to provide a more detailed mechanical concept model to our construction partners with less information, and in record times.
With nearly 155,000 square feet of prefabrication space, our customers are confident in our ability to not only reduce our man-hours on site and reduce transportation costs, but also help shorten the time required to complete our critical, preliminary work.

The medical facility was experiencing issues with city water, including low pressure as well as very hard water. Their existing softener system was limited to only treating the hot water system. Tweet/Garot engineers and the project foreman, with his extensive site experience, talked through solutions to offer. We partnered with a local water softener provider and through collaboration with Tweet/Garot engineers, a solution was provided for whole hospital water softening for domestic cold and an upgraded domestic hot water system. Our water softener partner and Tweet/Garot’s engineering group also reconfigured a design solution to the domestic water pressure issue from the city with a new PRV system and bypass.
Plumbing and HVAC trades worked together due to the extensive stainless-steel piping required. Tweet/Garot’s fabrication shop utilized shop-controlled prefabrication for bolt up and assembly in the field, eliminating hot work or onsite fabrication.
Zero injuries occurred throughout this project.
