Essity selected Tweet Garot for its Corporate Office BAS Upgrade, continuing our existing collaboration in HVAC and service work.
The install was a complete BAS upgrade, controlling all of their mechanical equipment. We installed new controllers and programs for the following equipment:
We also installed VFDs on all of the AHUs that simply had motor starters previously. New energy saving enhancements were added from their previous control system, including optimum start/stop, occupancy sensors in conference rooms, fan resets and temperature resets.
The system was installed with a Focus on Energy savings, and these savings were passed on to the owner in the form of an energy incentive rebate on the project. Although our team operated in a busy office environment, we successfully got the system up and running promptly while meeting the owner’s energy saving standards.
