Tweet/Garot was selected to perform all Process Piping and HVAC scopes of work for a brand new Waste Water Treatment Facility for Glanbia Foods.

This project consisted of installing over 164 different lines throughout the facility which equaled to approximately 355 fabrication spools that were all prefabricated at our Wrightstown Facility and shipped to site. The largest pipe size consisted of 18” stainless steel.

Thousands of feet of chemical tubing lines, incased in a large diameter CPVC pipe for protection, were installed throughout the facility. Tweet/Garot also fabricated and installed chemical enclosure skids, multiple custom equipment stands, and a variety of large structural supports. Our peak manpower for the project consisted of around 15 men and averaged around 10 men throughout the remaining duration based on the project schedule.
