Tweet Garot was selected as the mechanical contractor for the renovation of Lambeau Fields team operations facility. Our relationship with the Packers and history working at the facility made us a prime candidate to handle this project. Tweet Garot’s scope of work included sheet metal, piping, plumbing and BAS.

A new AHU unit to supply and exhaust the renovated space was installed. The existing sanitary and domestic water systems were reworked to support the new player and coach shower/restrooms. An interesting feature of this renovation was each locker had a dedicated exhaust system installed.

With high end finishes going into the space, there was a lot of coordination surrounding the plumbing fixture rough ins and the GRD’s. Our teams utilized stratus for the first time for this project to streamline this process and properly equip our foreman in the field for a seamless installation.

This project ran on a strict schedule as off-season work requires an aggressive timeline and quick turnaround. The key to the success of this project was strong communication between all the parties involved to ensure a seamless installation with minimal rework.
