Tweet/Garot was chosen for this dust collection rebuild project because of a continued customer relationship, along with our ability to meet the customers’ requirements. One critical requirement included installation during minimal down time for production as well as utilizing the existing dust collection unit.
As many fittings as possible were prefabricated and the majority of the dust collection ducting was installed during production hours. This, paired with the fast-paced schedule, made for a challenging project. Tweet/Garot, however, was able to meet the customer’s requirements and complete a smooth project close-out.
Zero injuries occurred throughout this project.
