Tweet/Garot is proud to be a part of the $28 million dollar expansion and renovation project at the Oneida Mason Street and Main Airport Drive Casinos, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Tweet/Garot’s Plumbing Department and HVAC Engineering Teams were instrumental in the design/build approach of this renovation. The Main Casino expansion included a three-station food court, sports bar & grille, and additional gaming area. The Mason Street project included an expansion for the bar & grille, additional gaming space, and office renovations. Tweet/Garot’s engineering staff met the air quality challenge at the Main Casino by designing a full-service solution, including major energy savings with the use of an energy recovery unit, all while allowing the Casino to provide an uninterrupted, enjoyable customer experience for their clientele.

With smoking permitted through the Main Casino, Tweet/Garot’s biggest challenge on this project was creating an HVAC system that would maintain a smoke-free central Atrium. The design challenge with this issue was centered around supply and return grilles maintaining a positive and negative air balance in the associated areas.
