This project was delivered as a team approach that consisted of MEP/GC/Engineering firm that our customer has completed repeat projects with. With this team approach, we continue to maintain a great customer relationship and satisfaction by keeping the same team throughout each converting line project.

Tweet/Garot was chosen to be on this team based on our expertise with paper converting mechanical project and completing them very well and competitive all over the country. This project team (MEP/GC/Engineering) strives to secure negotiated work, because in our experience, we have found that this leads to a friction-free project in terms of customer satisfaction, minimal change orders, less surprises/scope gaps and a more efficient construction schedule to ensure that our customer’s production is up and running faster.

In the preconstruction phase, collaboration with our experienced estimators – whom each have extensive trades backgrounds – was key in order to establish solutions for reducing cost and accelerating schedule where possible.

During construction we used our core group of experienced field leadership that resulted in seamless delivery as well as zero injuries.
