The 16-month renovation/upgrades project at Winneconne Middle School was completed to add 50 years of life to the building originally built in 1975. Infrastructure improvements were renovated for the aging building systems. Included in the referendum was a replacement and reconfiguration of the high school parking lot to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety.

Tweet Garot was tasked with a complete plumbing system replacement from the underground sanitary and storm services, domestic water mains, mechanical plumbing equipment, kitchen services and equipment, roof drains, and plumbing fixtures.

This project ran on a fast-paced schedule requiring extensive pre-fabrication efforts along with efficient use of time on site. Our team remained resilient and was able to complete the project on time while avoiding any injuries.
