Project Information

Tweet Garot was awarded a Micro Hospital project in Chippewa Falls, WI, alongside general contractor Boldt and modular manufacturer Bildt. The ED and clinic spaces were prefabricated in Oshkosh, with Tweet Garot’s Central and Western Wisconsin teams collaborating throughout to deliver a fast, high-quality result.

The project required fully finished ED and clinic modules to be built off-site and connected on-site with speed and precision — demanding tight coordination across two regional Tweet Garot teams and multiple trades within a modular construction environment.

At Bildt’s Oshkosh facility, Tweet Garot completed all overhead ductwork, heating lines, and plumbing systems across 9 modules and 12 roof cassettes. Starting from steel beams, each unit was fully finished — painted walls, installed ceilings, and set fixtures — before leaving the facility. The modules housed a full ED (8 treatment rooms, 1 trauma room, 1 triage room, 1 medication room) and clinic space (8 exam rooms, 1 locker room, 4 dictation rooms).

Upon delivery to the Chippewa Falls site, the combined Central and Western Wisconsin crews completed all final connections in just 3 days — a testament to the communication and teamwork maintained throughout the entire modular build process.
