Tweet Garot was selected as the mechanical contractor to handle the HVAC system for Bellin’s new Children & Adolescent Clinic. Several of Bellin’s previous projects have involved Tweet Garot’s mechanical work, making us a prime candidate to service this new location.

The main HVAC equipment consists of:
• 5 indoor air handling units
• 1 energy recover ventilator
• 2 hot water boilers
• 1 air cooled chiller
• Variable speed hot and chilled water pumps
• Air distribution delivered through hot water VAV boxes
• 4 pipe hydronic heat/cool fan coil units

A rooftop penthouse that houses the 5 large air handling units was heavily utilized to get the complex air distribution ductwork mains to fit. Tweet Garot’s virtual construction team used 3D models to ensure the fit and clearances of all equipment prior to any installation. This resulted in our team running into very limited issues during construction, allowing our teams to complete a high-quality installation on time with the planned project schedule.
