Tweet/Garot was chosen to fabricate several 154” l x 86” w x 108” h control houses weighing 4,000 lbs. These control houses vary slightly in size, however are all very similar. Door placement varies from house to house; some are left swinging, while some are right swinging.

Each of the control houses are equipped with temperature controls, provided by the owner. The control houses are fabricated at Tweet/Garot’s fabrication facility and then delivered to a painter prior to shipment to final destinations.

These control houses contain electrical equipment that must be controlled, monitored, and protected. Depending on the end users’ needs, the control houses can be placed inside other buildings, outside or on rooftops.
