The new $40m Legacy Hotel project is considered one of the most luxurious hotels in the Green Bay area with 101 suites, including three grand penthouses, 83 studio suites and 15 signature suites. Tweet/Garot was contracted to handle the HVAC scope.

Tweet/Garot installed several different systems in order to properly service the building including:

• 2 Trane RTU’s. ( 34 water sourced VAV’s)
• 2 PK Boilers (infloor on 1st and 6th, fin tube on 6th)
• 8 Ex Fans
• 104 Island Aire VTACS
• 1 Captive Aire MUA
• 7 Ductless Split Systems

This project faced its fair share of challenges, from delays with vendors, schedule changes and delays, and change orders throughout the project. Tweet/Garot remained resilient however and with proper coordination between foreman and the other contractors, the project was completed on time and to the customer’s liking.
