Welcome back to the intern spotlight blog series. Carter Larson back again and today I talked to Jesus Guzman. Jesus is Tweet/Garot’s Building Automation Intern from Green Bay, WI. Jesus is a senior attending the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay majoring in electric engineering technology. Jesus told me his high interest in electronics has carved the path that led him to his schooling and will lead him into his future position.

Before starting his internship here at Tweet/Garot, Jesus worked in a temporary position as a Production Tech for KI Furniture for three summers. Jesus’s previous job involved electrical engineering, so he hopes to gain experience in mechanical engineering through his internship at Tweet/Garot to allow him to be as well-rounded as possible.

Outside of work, Jesus likes to play games on his PC, enjoys going to local car shows and also enjoys playing with his two dogs. Jesus’s favorite musical artist is Bad Bunny and his song “Party’ is Jesus’s favorite. For a favorite movie, Jesus chose “Grown Ups” and his favorite TV show is “Regular Show”, which was also one my favorites as a child. Finally, Jesus’s favorite food is chicken of any sort.
