Ray Withbroe

Ray Withbroe spent his entire career with Tweet/Garot Mechanical, starting in 1976 as a sheet metal pre-apprentice in his senior year of high school, and progressively working through many leadership roles until he became President in 2012.  Prior to becoming President he spent time in key positions throughout the company including Estimator, Project Manager, Director of Pulp and Paper, Vice President and COO. Ray was instrumental in the geographic expansion of our satellite office in Central Wisconsin in 1994 where Tweet Garot is now the largest employer of pipefitters and plumbers in Local 434.  In his role as President, he was responsible for communicating and implementing mission, vision, values and strategy.  Ray retired in 2019, and currently serves on Tweet/Garot’s Advisory Board, where he continues to coach his successors.
